    4. Sign the agreement and pay the retainer to secure your date.

    5. We’ll plan together, execute on the day (or edit audio), and deliver your final product.

  • We recommend booking as soon as you have your date confirmed (particularly for weddings) because our calendar fills up quickly during peak seasons. Even if your event is many months away, it’s best to secure your spot early.

  • Yes, we serve clients nationwide. Travel may be included depending on location and scope; we’ll talk through travel fees, logistics and any required accommodations at the time of booking.

  • My style is natural, cinematic and emotionally driven. We focus on capturing real moments — from genuine laughter to heartfelt glances. Whether your aesthetic is romantic, rustic, modern or timeless, we tailor our work to reflect your story authentically.

  • Typically we deliver within a timeframe that beats industry standards, but it depends on the package and workload. If you’d like expedited delivery, just let us know and we’ll work out the details.

  • We provide a personal planning call, a dedicated client portal for organization, and a planning guide. We also help craft your timeline so nothing is missed and the day flows smoothly.

  • Absolutely. We’ve worked with clients of all comfort levels. Our team offers gentle guidance, prompts when useful, and we focuses on candid moments so you don’t feel forced or awkward. The goal is to let your story unfold naturally.

  • We understand things happen. If you need to reschedule, we’ll work to find an alternative date (subject to availability). If there are major changes in scope (time, location, services), we’ll re-quote the adjusted project.
